SelfCare is Healthcare Retreat Conference is a Private Member Association Event

By becoming a Temporary Member of this Private Membership Association (“the Association”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I am joining a private community dedicated to personal growth, wellness, and mutual respect. I support the Association’s guiding values of integrity, respect, responsibility, and stewardship.

Confidentiality and Conduct
I understand the importance of confidentiality and mutual support among members. I agree to uphold these standards and to conduct myself with honesty, discretion, and respect toward all members and facilitators.
Voluntary Participation
My participation in this Association is entirely voluntary. I understand that this is a private membership organization, and that any activities, discussions, or benefits offered are available only to members during the period of my membership.
Assumption of Responsibility and Risk
I accept full personal responsibility for my participation in all activities, discussions, and offerings provided by the Association. I acknowledge that these activities are educational, social, and wellness-oriented, and are not intended to replace medical, legal, or professional advice.
Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Association, its founders, organizers, and members from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my voluntary participation.
Acknowledgment of Membership Nature
I understand that this Association operates privately and independently from any public, governmental, or commercial entity. My temporary membership grants access to member-only benefits for the duration specified at the time of ticket purchase.

By signing or attending, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms as a condition of my temporary membership in the Self-Care is Healthcare Private Membership Association.
