Topic: HeartMath for Stress Management

Attend this workshop if you want to be able to ease stress – physiologically – in minutes.

In Leah’s presentation she will walk participants through a process aimed to reframe and mitigate their top stressors. We have all heard many times how high stress and cortisol are harmful to our health.

This workshop explores what is rarely talked about, how to lower stress and cortisol - yourself. In this session you will learn how to induce DHEA (‘the longevity hormone’) and put your body back into a state that is conducive to increased healing and joy.

Join Leah to explore how she combines the science of HeartMath; the profound power of an understanding of the heart-mind-body connection; in lockstep with personalized learning and real time practice of HeartMath tools and a few simple practices that support the effectiveness of these tools. All you need is your head, hand, and heart.
