Jackie Mirkopoulos

Jackie is a heart-led Regenerative Leadership Consultant, Educator, and Public Speaker who guides global conversations on transitioning from extractive models to regenerative ones. Inspired by nature’s blueprint, her work integrates systems thinking, holistic health, and community-building to empower individuals and organizations to create lasting impact.

Nature and its principles are not only the co-mentors within her work but also inspired the very name of her consulting business, Seven Neighbours. This name was inspired by the starling birds and their murmuration patterns. The starlings fly in this way because they are in constant communication with their seven closest neighbours. This is a beautiful reflection of how she shows up in leadership and works with her teams and clients. Unsubscribing from hierarchical models, moving into truly collaborative ones.

With a multidisciplinary background spanning company culture, permaculture design, property development, philanthropy, and family office wealth stewardship, Jackie brings a unique perspective to leadership and systems change.

Her professional journey also includes over fifteen years as a Kinesiologist, Reiki Practitioner, Mindful Meditation Facilitator and Fascial Stretch Specialist, supporting professional athletes, executives, and high-performing teams in optimizing health, recovery, and performance. Jackie is also the co-founder of Ancestors of Tomorrow, a regenerative social impact fund supporting people and cultural preservation, education, research, and land stewardship projects across Canada, Costa Rica, Africa, Greece, and the UK.

Recognized for her purpose-driven approach, she is passionate about bridging generations, aligning capital with planetary and social regeneration, and nurturing leaders to embody care for themselves, their communities, and the Earth.

Regenerative Leadership

Jackie Mirkopoulos brings a unique lens to leadership, rooted in her journey from massage therapist and multidisciplinary clinic owner to her current work guiding leaders, executives, family offices, and organizations through the practice of Regenerative Leadership. Nature has been her greatest teacher along the way—shaping her philosophy, inspiring her methods, and now serving as her co-mentor in every conversation and consultation.

In this keynote, Jackie will share how the wisdom of natural systems can transform the way we lead ourselves and others, offering a model that is restorative, resilient, and deeply aligned with the rhythms of life. She will introduce her framework of the “zones of leadership”—Self, union, family, teams, businesses, and the world—illustrating how leadership expands outward in interconnected layers, much like the ecosystems of nature itself.

Her message resonates deeply with the mission of the Self Care is Health Care conference: to champion optimal health through education, collaboration, and open discourse, while honouring our dynamic connection to nature and our innate wisdom. Participants will leave with fresh insights and practical tools for mirroring nature’s blueprint in their own lives and organizations—gaining not only new strategies for leadership, but also a renewed sense of what is possible when we follow nature’s lead..
